5K Course

The Holland Event Course begins at Holland Municipal Stadium and goes into downtown Holland. To see a copy of the route, please click here. 
The Grand Haven Event Course begins at the Grand Haven High School Event and loops into a subdivision behind the school. To see a copy of the route, click here. 
Both courses are perfect for families and beginners; strollers are welcome, but the Grand Haven Course does contain some bumpy terrain.

The Girls on the Run of Ottawa and Allegan Celebration 5K is a part of the National Race series in affiliation with Girls on the Run International.  The series has expanded to more than 60 communities across North America.
 
About the Girls on the Run Celebration 5K

The Celebration 5K is the culminating event for the girls participating in Girls on the Run.  The girls have worked very hard to reach this goal and the purpose of this event is to celebrate their accomplishments.  The event is completely noncompetitive, so we will not have a clock.  It doesn't matter who finishes first or last; it's about setting a goal and achieving it.  All participant in this event are expected to remain noncompetitive and encourage all participants at all times.  This event is a celebration for the girls!  ALL CURRENT PARTICIPANTS AND COACHES ARE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR THE 5K AND DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER AND PAY TO RUN!
